       The Butlers Touch was established in 2018 by our managing director, Mr. Shahnum Salleh. He was inspired to teach and share all valuable experiences and lessons that he has gained from the 32 years of employment. His long years of practice has given him rare opportunities and privileges to serve distinguished VIPs, from the kings and queens, as well as celebrities. Amongst a few worth mentioning are Queen Elizabeth of England, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei, David Beckham of Manchester United Football Club, and Tiger Woods, the world golf champion. His persona has attracted a local newspaper to write articles about his outstanding services to these high profile clients. One newspaper article wrote "The perfect butler for Woods", referring to our principal as the perfect butler for Tiger Woods.

       With his passion for uplifting others, he is inspired to pass down his knowledge and experiences to the new generation of butlers and the hospitality industry.  The Butlers Touch has successfully conducted trainings at established hotels in Malaysia, with outstanding results from its trainees, following high praises from established 5 star hotel clients. The vision of The Butlers Touch is to raise the standard of quality of the butler service industry, from Malaysia to the rest of the world.
