Shahnum Salleh known as Shah or Chief, is also one of the world's 7 Stars Diamond Butler, he has received various accolades, including In Room Dining (FORBES) Awarded as 4 Star FORBES, an Honorary 7 Stars Diamond Butler Awards in 2019 from Magnums Butler Academy Awards, in addition Top 10 Front of the house (Malaysia Tourism Award)

Began his Butler profession in the early 1990s and made his breakthrough with leading as Chief Butler at Palace of the Golden Horses (1996). The journey continue at Carcosa Seri Negara (2005). Pursuing his career at Genting Grand Hotel as a Butler Manager (2009). Started The Butler Touch company as Managing Director (2019).

Also, Principal consultant of The Butlers Touch. Over 30 years of progressive experience managing the provision of VIP services, Valet Butler, Personalized Butler, Head of State and World Leaders, World Sport personalities and Royalties. Award as One of the Top Chief Butlers in the world who is holding 7 Star Diamond Lapel Pin award from Magnums Butler Academy in Australia and selected as Ambassador Magnums Butler Academy. Featured in TV3 Malaysia Hari ini and Kopitiam TV3 program on Butler.
