About The Butlers Touch

The Butlers Touch was established in 2005 by our principal, Shahnum Salleh. He was inspired to teach and share all valuable experiences and lessons that he gained from the 32 years of working. He has experiences handling all sorts of VIPs from Queen of Elizabeth, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei royalties, to celebrities like David Beckham and also Tiger Woods. Local newspaper even published an articles with the title "The perfect butler for Woods" referring to our principal as the perfect butler for Tiger Woods.

To ensure that all of his experienced being passed down to younger generations, Shahnum decided to start a training company which called My Butlers Touch Consultant. Currently, My Butlers Touch offers 3 types of training which are Butler Skills Training, Art Protocol & VIP Service and Private and Household Butler Training. Each training focus on different scope of working area as a butler. So far, My Butlers Touch has successfully conducted a few training at different hotels. We receive all positive feedback from our participants and organizer. ​
